Evontis Elite
We were impressed with the looks, performance and overall quality of the Evontis Elite. It easily stands up to the stiffest competition for performance in its price class and surpasses most others in advanced features and convenience.
Enagic SD501
As far as performance, our SD501 tests went well. This machine was capable of producing multiple levels of alkaline and acidic ionized water using various source water with no problems. Getting the stronger alkaline and acidic levels required either slowing the flow rate at the faucet, adding a chemical enhancer solution that came with the unit or a combination of both.
Chanson VS70
The Chanson VS70 is a good “budget friendly” under-counter water ionizer. In our tests it performed as well as expected and we were pleased with the advanced features available for the price. At $2,395 it’s probably the most affordable under counter model. As with all water ionizers, the VS70 has it’s pros and cons.
Jupiter Delphi
Overall, the Delphi does seem to perform well. We like the advanced features available on other models a bit more – like the ability to customize presets based on your source water. We think the price is a little high for a 5-plate water ionizer, even given the under-counter design
